Sarah is very passionate about exploring new ideas for flexible student pathways through VET in schools' programs across the different sectors and states nationwide. Sarah connects with schools and other organisations to support them to identify their students' needs, explore possible qualifications and bring on new VET programs for their young people. She is involved in sector networks and conferences, ensuring that she remain up to date with current shifts at the government and regulatory level. Across their VET teams, Sarah works collaboratively to strive for continuous improvement in our approaches at ReadCloud to all aspects of VET delivered in secondary schools, in the ways we support third-party delivery and assessment, ensure student engagement, and help schools to implement innovative programs and pathways for their young people. Her aim in this role is to support schools to offer flexible and relevant choices of VET programs to get students started on their study and employment journey through positive learning experiences and successful outcomes.
