This course contains the following lessons:

Topic 1: Social Media & Your Digital Footprint
This lesson teaches you how to recognise and report cyberbullying, together with valuable lessons on netiquette, and how to build a positive digital footprint and protect your online reputation. You’ll also learn about social media activities, privacy and ethics and how social media can be used for business.

 Topic 2: Online Messaging
Learn about popular messaging apps and tools, how to tell the difference between SMS and MMS messages and related netiquette and the importance of file types and size when messaging.
