Course Description

This course focuses on you as a digital professional. You’ll explore how to assess your current digital capabilities, identify development needs and use frameworks and self assessment tools to plan targeted CPD.

You’ll examine a range of online sources for staying current with digital trends, including regulatory authorities, professional bodies, journals, blogs and communities of practice.

The course also addresses wellbeing and online identity: how digital technologies impact health, how social media and screen time affect learners, and how digital footprints, openness and online behaviour influence career prospects. You’ll learn practical strategies for managing your own digital footprint and supporting learners to do the same.
