Risk-based Self-assurance: Prioritising Improvement Actions And Demonstrating Outcomes

Write your awesome label here.

Webinar Description

Most organisations have a risk register, but far fewer use risk as a practical tool to prioritise improvement and demonstrate outcomes. This session provides a simple, repeatable risk-based self-assurance framework that helps you focus effort where it matters most, connect risks to real controls and actions, and show how your improvement activities are strengthening quality over time.

Key Topics
  • Turning risk into a prioritisation tool (not just a compliance document)
  • Identifying meaningful risk sources: data, feedback, incidents, errors, and trends
  • Controls vs actions: what’s in place, what’s changing, and how you know it’s working
  • Setting outcome measures and review rhythms that are sustainable
  • Templates and examples: risk-to-action planning that supports continuous improvement
