Course Description

This course introduces the core digital skills you need to plan effective lessons in today’s classrooms and training environments. You’ll learn how to search the web strategically, choose the right search engines for different purposes, find and use images appropriately, and understand key concepts like file types, file size, resolution and cloud storage.

You’ll explore how to use office and presentation software, create links and embedded media in your resources, set up simple online spaces for learners, and use collaborative tools to connect with colleagues and communities of practice.

Through short videos, interactive activities and practical examples, you’ll design teaching resources and online spaces that are purposeful, efficient and ready for your learners.
