With almost 30 years of experience in the secondary school and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sectors, Kerri is passionate about helping Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) with their compliance and eLearning needs. As the Chief Executive Officer of VETNexus, Kerri provides consulting services and professional development for RTOs across Australia as well as schools, universities and corporate L&D.

As Head of Learning Design and Innovation, Douglas lead the development of future-focused education strategies that blend emerging technology with effective learning design. His work spans digital uplift, capability building and the integration of generative AI into practical, scalable solutions for educators and learners. With a background in digital learning, Douglas worked across multiple sectors in VET and at all AQF levels, leading course development, enhancing compliance through digital tools and supporting the transition to blended and online models. His also delivered VR-based learning experiences and gamified programs in collaboration with industry and education partners. Douglas is passionate about building engaging, inclusive learning environments and supporting educators to thrive in a digitally evolving space. Matt Peachey is CEO of TLRG and a business-focused leader with more than 16 years’ experience across the education and training sector.

He works with training organisations, TAFEs and colleges to improve performance, strengthen learner outcomes, and build commercially sustainable operations. His approach is grounded in a simple belief: quality and profitability should reinforce each other, not compete.

Matt has deep expertise in foundation skills, including language, literacy, numeracy and digital capability, and is particularly focused on practical ways to improve student support and engagement at scale.

He is also a strong advocate for better recognition of skills and experience, with a focus on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and more flexible approaches to skills recognition. He is closely following developments such as the National Skills Taxonomy and training package reform, and is optimistic about their potential to create a more responsive and relevant system.

With a strong interest in technology, AI and emerging systems, Matt focuses on simplifying compliance, improving capability, and removing unnecessary administrative burden through practical, task-specific tools.
