Course Description

This course contains the following lessons:

 Topic 1: Email
This lesson provides an introduction to email including how to access and understand the basic layout of, email as well as how to recognise email scams and security concerns. You’ll learn more about netiquette, and how to recognise and delete inappropriate emails and popups.

 Topic 2: Email Communication
Cement your knowledge of email netiquette and learn how to compose and reply to emails. You’ll also learn how to recognise fraudulent emails, organise your emails and manage your contacts list and subscriptions.
