Serryn O'Regan
CEO, Equinim College
Serryn O'Regan is CEO of EQC Institute, and Executive Manager Governance and General Counsel at Evolve College. The college group has 16 campuses Australia-wide, and delivers IT (coding, cyber security, AI), business, health. Serryn is a senior lawyer with 32 years of legal and commercial experience. She was a Senior Associate at Allens in the 1990s, and the lead lawyer on corporate joint ventures and deals worth up to $2.4 billion. Serryn has acted for a series of multi-national corporate groups in large corporate joint ventures, national and international sales and deals involving Government, privatisation, energy (including the sale of the largest gas pipeline in Australia), mergers and acquisitions (national and international) and other major deals.
